The Light of the World
God has given our pastors a prophetic word for this 2023. It is time when we will carry fresh water, which is the restored Word (of God), to the places that have droughts. As we prepare for the fulfillment of God’s Word, there is nothing more important than seeking God’s presence to start the year. Join us in daily prayer and fasting for 21 days (Jan9-Jan29).

Benefits of Fasting
12 “Even now,” declares the LORD, “return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning.” 13 Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the LORD your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity. Joel 2:12-13
Fasting is an outward declaration of inward surrender and faith in God. It can be seen as a religious act, but it must result in us returning to the Lord with all of our hearts!
This is a type of fasting that you choose not to consume any food for 21 days but drink only water.
A type of fasting that allows you to eat 1 meal a day. Daniel Fasting (no meat consumption) is included.
A type of fasting in which you eliminate any form of media for entertainment/personal reasons. For Work/School is an exemption.

“Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. The wild beasts will honor me, the jackals and the ostriches, for I give water in the wilderness, rivers in the desert, to give drink to my chosen people, the people whom I formed for myself that they might declare my praise.”
Isaiah 43:18-21 ESV
